• Backed by rich industrial experience, we are manufacturers and suppliers of quality approved Vertical Silo’s. These vertical storage silos are fabricated from IS 2062B grade structural steel, shaped to ensure maximum capacity to volume ratio using modern teachings & design calculations.
• These vertical silos are mainly used for storing & discharging loose cement & fly-ash, but can also be used for other powdered substances such as micro-silica, limestone, GGBS, & other chemicals.
• There are basic two types of storage silos: Vertical Storage Silos & Horizontal Storage Silos. These both silos comes in welded & bolted format.
• Vertical storage silos have huge leg stands because of all the weight of material & silo itself. They also have ladders and huge parapets to reach top most section as the silos are vertically huge.
• Vertical cement & fly-ash silos have valve and screw conveyor for discharging system, which can be operated automatically or manually giving flexibility to the operator.
• We have cement silos ranging from the capacity of 40 M. Ton to 250 M. Ton.
• Silos are layered with epoxy based primer coating and finally epoxy painted to the customer’s desired color.
• Only after all these parameters are checked by our quality examiners on industrial standard quality parameters, only then silos are dispatched through road transport.
